1. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for most educational programmes and materials. This period allows you to try our content and determine whether it meets your needs.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- For consultation services, refunds are available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
- For group workshops, refunds are available if cancelled 7 days before the event
- Self-paced guides are non-refundable once downloaded
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@drainkne.world with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to credit the funds.
5. Cancellation of Consultations
Client cancellations: 48-hour notice required for full refund. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the fee.
Our cancellations: If we cancel a session, you'll receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Self-paced guides after download
- Digital resources and templates after delivery
- Workshops or events attended
- Sessions completed or attended
7. Changes to Bookings
You can reschedule a consultation to a different date at no charge, provided you give 48 hours' notice.
8. Complaints
If you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss the issue before requesting a refund. We're happy to address concerns and work towards a resolution.
9. Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your legal consumer rights under UK and GDPR law. You have the right to a refund for services not provided as described.
